Refund Policy

At G7label, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our pieces. Each item is created to celebrate individuality and confidence, and we want you to love your purchase.

Exchanges & Returns

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Timeframe: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, gift cards, and intimate apparel (such as underwear or swimwear) are final sale and cannot be returned

Process

  1. To initiate a return, please email us at g7label@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on where to send your item.

  3. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at g7label@gmail.com.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the processing period, please check with your bank or credit card company before contacting us at g7label@gmail.com
